I made the pixels double wide but I believe it's too late for the full mcol restrictions based on the colour placements but I will be doing more of these in the future

Very cool image. The snake looks particularly good. I'm a sucker for the C64 colours and I love the purple and green combo you've used. I think this would also look great with the full MCOL restrictions, but that's easier said than done!
