Resubmitted! :D I hope it's better now, though! I like experimenting with effects because I feel like sometimes I can see a cool way for colors to work and I forget to check the color count XD

Adding onto gawrone, I'd consider trying it without the semi-transparent layer and reuploading :)

I think 218 colours is too much for such drawing in pixel art. It looks beautiful but doesn't meet point 5 of the art submitting guidelines. The process video shows your skill in pixel art, but also shows that you used semi-transparent layers, which is the reason of higher colour count.
