There is a white pixel in his right arm's elbow. You can easily see it with a darker theme.

The darkest greyish colour really need to be pushed closer to black, as the contrast is too great for comfort, and it is near indistinguishable from the next lighter colour.
The right hand gets lost against the shoulder.

Great job and good try. I haven't seen any of your other pixel art, so I really can't judge the graphic based on your level of capacity in gfxing.. But, I like it.. As you have heard from others, there are some proportional problems as well as anatomical, but nothing too bad.

Sorry I cant praise this whats up with the color choices? But worse than the color choices is the posture of the character. You shoud really relook at that.

After seeing many of your more amazing pieces, this doesn't seem like something you'd do.  The lineart on this doesn't look like yours either, which is a good thing, since most of your pieces include some amazing line art as well.  I'm guessing your friend told you to color it for him?  Correct me if I'm wrong but I would expect more from you.

hey, i love metal gear solid.
though, there seems to be a few anatomy and proportion problem with the sprite. i think you would do well in looking at anatomy reference to improve your linearts.
