Glad you liked it! Thanks. I like dither a lot, although I usually don't use more than the checkers pattern. Since the palette was limited, I was forced to make the most of it. =)
Good piece! I like how you alternate between line and dither patterns, works effectively
Smooth, I love the luminousity, bounced lighting and that creative dither aplication as well
Nose render goals
Thanks! I was tempted to use grey for that, but end using the light yellow. Working with this limited choices is really challenging. =)
I like it all, but I really like how you've usedd the lightest yellow.
Thanks! Glad that people seems to like how the colors meshed together. To be honest was unsure on how would end like. I see some areas that can be improved, but will let it be for now=)
Awesome work! Love the perspective and use of colours to give it a real 3D feel.
Thanks, that is great praise! I am not used to deal with such limited and different colors, so I was just trying my best to depict myself and the colors ended sorting themselves out as I went. =)
Thanks Sarah! really glad you liked it! =D Though, I had no idea what I was doing, was just hoping for the best. XD
This looks great Verionj! Love how you handled the undercut/fade! :0
Great use of the palette! It's impressive how you manage to mix such extremely saturated warm and cool colors. I love the dithering going on too. The mouth, nose, and chin in particular feel very three-dimensional.
Thank you very much! Was really a happy accident with the colors. I focussed on the depiction and the colors fell in place as I went along. Yeah I guess the nose and mouth are above the rest in detail. Maybe I go back someday give it another pass. =)
