Welcome to PJ! Nice first submission. I think it would be good if the really strong sunlight illuminated the edges of her body where appropriate and made the wine "glow" as wine does when you hold it in front of a strong light. But I like the scene and the colors. Also, anyone who includes a hot-air balloon gets points from me. 
Although I can see what you are trying to express, your work is still like a semi-finished product rather than a finished product.
I agree. Maybe some more cell shading could be added, and the water could have some waves in it.
