Unfortunately, I cannot give the same excuse as on the fantasy game icon set. This time the icon set is much less colourful. Very toned down military theme but colour count goes to 688. Please tidy up the palette here and reupload the image. You have different colous for outlines in each item. Outline doesn't have to be 100% black, but if you have chosen an outline colour, stick to that one if not doing selective outlining. Also the colours used on similar items in column 1 and column 4 should be the same, but they are not, they are just very similar, which demands palette control intervention.
