Although you spend a lot of time painting, I still want to say that this work is rough in terms of palettes and details.
Yeah that's something I'm gonna do ASAP. For now I'm just doing what I can to upload this to wherever I need to upload it for the sake of my own portfolio and get this out there.
On that note thank you for the feedback that you have given on your end! Honestly I actually have a lot of people to be grateful for in terms of the feedback because I ended up learning a lot more in what I could be doing better in terms of planning, techniques, and then some so it was an awesome learning experience
I'll say the same for The B.o.B., Bengoshia, Alphons6, CELS, Chris2Balls, and a few other people that aren't necessarily on pixeljoint in terms of feedback with that being said, I feel like they all had some good ideas that helped me really get the piece moving to where it needed to be and what I could do better (even when there were disagreements here and there in that regard)
Bit of a delayed comment, but this turned out really nicely! That light at the top looks great and really helps to sell the underwater setting. I love the subtle use of colour in the background too–you managed to cram far more colour in there than I would've thought possible, all while keeping the separation between the subject and the background.
It was fun seeing this come together and I also admire your dedication!
