Nice attempt, however not truly spectrum as Evil-ville pointed out, only bright or dark colours can occupy any given 8x8 square, you have instances of, bright magenta and dark blue, bright blue and dark blue, bright cyan and dark green, bright green and dark yellow and also bright yellow and dark yellow in the same 8x8 square, this cannot happen on true ZX hardware, but hey.

You can only use either dark or bright colours in each 8x8 grid, black is same for both dark and bright.
