c-64 hi-res image. inspired by helm's eve piece. i tried to do some sort of variation to his slice-technique and tried this half-tone-esque thing. but as helm said, triangular slices are the way to go, they're the least limiting. i am not really satisfied with the outcome. it was a nice challenge anyhow, and i might try more in the future (not necessarily hi-res though) edit: ptoing just pointed out to me that it's 40 pixels too tall. That sucks :(

I love to see completely unique pixel art style coming forward like this. It just emphasises that pixel plotting can be artistic as well as illustrative.
