Not sure why you specified 3D, just means that you made your own reference imo. Very good overall, especially the color choices, flame rendering, general physicality. I see a few odd pixels on the lower diagonal lines of the road and am mixed about the dither there, I think rather than that for the dirt clusters in another color might have worked better, because the clusters elsewhere here are very, very, very strong.
In my opinion, using a 3D model for any type of art is never cheating - it's a great way to learn. I love the concept of the car flying off the bridge.
