Very cool. It's probably unintentional since it's a niche reference, but it reminds me of Yahtzee's old game 1213. As gawrone said, the AA really sells the bandage texture. That palette is really satisfying too.
Beautiful. Lot of AA here helps to achieve the bandage softnes and that tasty dithering of the two coloured background is just the icing on the cake.
