I like the character, but what's with the dithering? (Sort of the thing which fuels the current poll). I think it would look better if you used the middle shades to smoothen the dithering, or at least use more varied dithering styles. Would also be nice to see a highlight colour, to add some depth.
you are wrong ensellitis, it is not c64. It is just magnified pixels. The actual image is nothing exactly to be desired, but i do like the little character. I dont advise submitting the detail image as an already magnified one because people can zoom in either way. All in all, its a decent image.
