good, start a thread in the forum for it, and get going :) just be sure to listen and accept the crits from the old timers, and update often to keep it from falling between the cracks
i am uptight because that is rule #2 for pieces you are submitting to the gallery.
i realize your a newbie, and posting unfinished work and saying you dont care isnt going to do anything for your reputation here but bring it down. take your time, and do your best work for pieces you are submitting, and you will gain respect from the more senior members.
i mean, the shading is pretty good, and i like the flames. this would be an even better piece if you took the time to workon the anatomy and proportions. you have potential, use it. :P
alright ;/ i'm a newbie... i never said i quit on the piece either.. but, thanks for letting me know... i'll post it on the forums.. i didn't think you would be so uptight just for me posting an unfinished piece..
we arent bringing you down. the point is, if this is a test, then it doesnt belong in the gallery. you should work your best on something, and by that i mean all aspects... shading, aa, anatomy, and all... the gallery should contain things you are proud of. otherwise, whats the point?
if you had said you tried to do the anatomy, it would be different, but you said you didnt care. if you dont care, then why should we? if you need help with something, post it in the forum. thats why we have it. there are many many talented artists there that will be more than willing to help you as long as you are willing to listen and learn.
well i was testing shading and stuff... i'm not too worried about anatomy and proportions.. but I never said I didn't try... thanks for bringing me down
