The legs look weird, as mentioned the thigh is scrawny. But rather the perspective on this is really bad, firstly it looks like a complete side view, but thats slightly impossible from his angle of stance. Next up the length of the thigh is way to short in comparison with the rest of the body proportions.

Also I think the lighting on the left arm is completely off.

In general I think all your sprties could benefit from some BG's

Hehe, it seems naked for me ... I image a story like: hooked up a nice girl, who stole all his clothes, car, money, and now tries to get a ride back home :-)

He was supposed to be skinny on the legs haha More like a lame hero that to look really strong word only the upper part of the body, just like those muscle builders.
As for the pose, the head makes it unbalanced haha If you make his head matching the column he will balance. =P

Good modelling on the muscles, although I think his right thigh looks a little too skinny in comparison with the rest of his body, and maybe that leg could stick out to the right a little further to make the whole body look more balanced. Good work overall though.
