SplatPixel made the amazing outlines and I just colored and shaded it in.. used some simple shade techniques.. i had real fun with this project and i hope you all enjoy it

Well, if you don'y look closely as you all seem to do, it looks great. Great idea.

But if you look closely at an object, you wont see shadows all over the contours, besides, his pants and hair are not pillow shaded, just his body, making no sense :(

Try to have a set lightsource and stick with it. Avoid putting the shadows next to all the lines (pillowshading)

well i've only been doing pixel graphics for like 6 months now... i draw irl (in real life) and i do some photoshop stuff

Really cool design and linework, but I agree with Blick that there's too many levels of shading; it would do better with higher contrast and sharper shadows and highlights, I think. This is a great start though.

It's pillowshaded just about everywhere on the character.
