Thanks for your advise, mostly 0.1% colours actually came from the reflection of the water. Definitely takes note on it next time.

You still have a lot of colours used on less than 0,1%, but going down from over 700 to 158 is a great, great job! I appreciate your effort and I'm accepting this. Please take note for the future that you can have colours used for less than 0,1% but this have to be justified (example: two pixels for the glowing eyes of the character). Everything else like that, without a good reason, is an accident and should be cleaned/replaced. 

You can edit this one, there is a little pencil icon underneath the artwork that takes you to the editing page, and then click 'resubmit for approval' :). Thanks!

Erm Hi, I made some adjustment for my drawing. So if I want submit it. Do I need to do new submission or if there any button for me to reupload drawing?

Heya, this piece has over 700 colors, could you clean that up a bit? And also, use a cropped rather than a scaled preview image, scaling ruins all the pretty pixels.
