This used actual pallete, so Ptoing won't attack my piece.
Note: For those who gave me bad comments on this piece, here's what I want to tell you, there has been a image obcurement, so the earlier image wasn't the exact image. Thanks.

sean, he is helping. basically smiley guy is calling something that its not and ptoing is helping him make it so. its kinda like doing a waterpainting and calling it a charcoal sketch...
thanks for that info ptoing, i am gonna take a note of that for when i give some c64 sprites a go
In case that is towards me SeanGraal, how I am harsh and not helping? I am strict about calling things by what they are tho and this is not proper C64 art in any way.
Well that is only for Bitmap graphic modes. Character modes have way harsher restrictions. As in Multicolour Characters Mode (textmode) there can be 256 8x8 (4x8 widepixels) characters in memory at once and they all share 2 colours and the bgcolour(transparent) and can have 1 unique colour which has to be from colour 0-7
I think that's it unless my memory fucked up. Same goes for Sprites as well. All Sprites share 2 colours and have 1 unique one which is as well 0-7 afaik. Multicolour Sprites are 24x21 (12x24 widepixels).
Hires sprites are the full 21x24 but only 1 colour and trans.
Haha, I never attacked your other piece. And still this is neither the right palette nor does it adhere even remotely to the character (tile) restrictions of the real thing. Also a mockup that's not fullscreen (320x200) is a bit pointless, no?
