The Driller and Gunner dwarves respectively won #2 and #3 places for Syntax '21.

Wow, these are special!

The texture of the beard on the top right dwarf is incredible, and I love the way you used the dark terracotta colour to shade the edge of the shadow. His pose is my favourite too–it feels very free and unshackled from the limitations of PETSCII. That one has particularly has a feeling of weight.

The three-dimensionality and detail of the rendering is something to behold in all of these, though, and I love the little touches like the cigar (maybe a cigarette but I haven't played the game) and all the different eyewear.
