I can see that it isn't quite finished, but nonetheless this is fantastic. I haven't been turned down the same way you have, but I have spent a long time doing art for other people, and it's a draining experience in any case. As an unfinished project, theres really nothing anyone can state about this piece as "lacking". First of all, can you even imagine how painful this would be on your eyes after 80 hours of work? im surprised he didnt make any un-noticed mistakes!! and as far as it needing something interesting, I find the little man perfect! But of course, some people want to be complete douches about this piece since you know, they have nothing better to do than get nit-picky about pixelart instead of trying to get laid.

No offense, but I'm kind of with Evil-Ville here. This could be great if there was a proper lightsource with shadows and textures for surface details. Plus something going on on the actual bridge of course to make it interesting. But as it is now, it's just a lot of copy & pasted elements with colours that make my eyes hurt :/

Evil-ville - whaaaat???? lacks contrast??? this isnt a game, its an acctuall landmark and everyone loves the realism and simplicity. and i dont care about colors, to me there is a difference between pixel art and pixel game art... on top of that the saturation - i saw the bridge myself a couple times, and the bridge kinda is pretty saturated...

I don't really get what is so great about this. It's way too saturated, lacks contrast and it could have been done with 16 colours or less

Terrific work Ens... one of my favorite landmarks captured perfectly in pixel form. It'd be nice to see this finished, but I understand your perspective.Btw, this would make a kickass poster.

amazing pixel work ensellitis. Especially that ive been there. It would be nice if you added some funny or stupid details - such as james bond ( i swear iremember him up there) and/ or traffic. I really would love to see the whole bridge...

Excellent huge pixel Ensellitis. What's a pity is that the whole project has been cancelled. It would be great with more details. Anyway the jumping man was good idea. I hope it's not a symbolic representation of your state of mind when you have been notified that the project was off ;-).

The detail is great. Nice work, I like the minimal shading. The suspension wires are maybe less than perfect, but who am I to judge, I guess.
