I think it looks okay, and the form of the face and general lineart looks good. Your use of colour seems a bit less than perfect though. For instance, your darkest and the next are basically the same, and your mid colour and the other are basically the same, meaning that the colours are sometimes wasted and only help to make the image look messy or even sometimes have the JPEG'd feel (not so much in this piece though). Being such a deep shade of blue, i'd hieghten the contrast between colours in the palette a fair amount more, so you can get the best out of using each colour. You really shouldnt have to dither with 7 colours then. Good luck.
