New Description: I re did this sprite cause I though it could use some nice colors. I allso removed the blinking, didn't feel it gave much to the animation.
Old Description: Kind of old. Still like it though.

He has an outline on one foot, but not the other? The animation is nice and smooth, but I think there could be some minor tweaks in the shading, for example, I think the highlight on his chest should be a little bit more to the left and more circular.
