I like this a lot. I don't like the use of dithering, however. Seems unclean.

i studied indigo's (like measured the length and width of the face, and carefully examined how he pixelled the eyes, nose, etc..) and made my own...

The midgrey used on the hair seem a little useless, I think the piece would be fine without it, or a better buffer tone. The ear could also use a little AA, but other than that, good piece, you've matched the style quite well.
