Good Evening

I didn't think I was going to finish this in time but I happy I was able to complete this on the last day. I stayed up pretty late to finish this and lost count of how many hours I spent animating the hair. I'm especially happy with how the coat turned out since this is my first time animating clothing in this way - 
I'm super fond of contests like this that have tricky colour palettes with odd balancing. Also, I think any contest that  makes me reach for a dictionary to understand it's subject matter is a bonus lol.

Featured in this animation, is a made up character [OC] standing in a wind tunnel of varying intensities. I decided to draw them as a chibi because it was the only way I could draw a character within a 64x64 resolution with adequate detail :P

Details:

Colours- I used 10, of the 12 colours features in the required palette [11 if you count transparency]
Frames- The animation is 32 frames at a speed of 25ms per frame
Time Spent- Over the course of this week, its taken forever. If I had to guess, I'd say perhaps 20 hours total
