If you use ImageReady/photoshop to make the animation your settings are not correct. It appears that the dithering option was left on.

zoom in and notice all the jumping pixels, wtf.

well, for one, i dont know what you used to animate this, but it is all distorted. and instead of rotating the clip you should have repixeled the clip in another angle, as it looks very distorted the way you did it.

and 25 colors is just plain crazy, you could easily do it in 12 or less if you try.

you should post this in the forum and get some help to take this from average to outstanding.
