After seeing the reference image, decided to draw him because I love the hand position and facial expression. Kind of bummed that part of his expression got lost through the limitations of the pixels from the initial sketch I did.

I prefer the pixels to the reference by far! such character. Love the way the background doesn't detract but enhances the foreground.
