I recently watched "The House," a beautiful film that's actually three "episodes" in one. I really liked each of them but found it great timing that I watched them after seeing this week's challenge theme! I ended up making this as a fanart and for the challenge, a scene recreation of sorts. If you're into stop motion, felt, and spooky stories I suggest watching it on Netflix. :>

(I'm also not great with water or ripples, so if this isn't quite in line with the challenge I can submit it as just a regular piece)

Looking now, I agree I could have had more surroundings and less house. I was having trouble making sense of it in a smaller scale but I could have worked around that somehow 😅

I really enjoyed it! It had a sense of creepiness to it but not the kind that makes me afraid to watch. More like a morbid curiosity for me, like where's it going NOW?

Very nice piece! Really interesting choice of colors from DB16 too, I like it! I like the atmosphere and composition, I just wonder if it would have benefitted from a bit more space and breathing room above the house. 

Btw, I saw The House and although beautifully made, it's one of the most unsettling films I've seen in a while. A bit more existensial dread than I could handle.
