Thanks! Sorry about the late reply, I guess I didn't get a notification? Generally I'd say to draw out the main shapes and then from there if you find certain edges aren't soft enough to go about applying AA 

This is wonderful. There's so much great stuff going on, but I find myself particularly entranced by the top left apple. The lighting on it, the texture of the bite mark, the sheer appleyness of it...

Apple aside, this is a really fun and striking piece!
