Just for fun, I tried to make one of those tiny character bases. It's a lot harder than it looks! Somehow getting proportions, pose, overlap and lineweight into a tiny 1-bit drawing, and on top of that creating a design that's plain yet distinctive, it does take some specialized craftsmanship.
