This is a turkish style taxi, the car is a Tofas Sahin. It has some details in it, like the "tesbik" on the rearview mirror, and the "Saribela" decal on the back window, Saribela means "Yellow Misfortune" in turkish.

The style is called KuruKuruCar. Its a Japanes guy that started this, check his site http://shin.bit.ac
