just an update on Partisan Tactics, this is the new style that the game is striving for after a long time of inactivity. more animations to follow. there are several different styles of heads, but this gif only shows one type to avoid confusion

This is really neat. Is this going to be for a game you're making? It's done so well I would almost say it's worthy of a system or even better. Your tile graphics you made with the mock ups are spectacular too. I envy you.

this is just the male set, so i suppose what you mean is that some of the men look a bit feminine.....
and if you read the description, yes there are other heads, this gif only shows one male character

The characters are all very distinct and recognizable. Great job with that. I also think that the outfits are very well designed, and use a well-balanced palette of colors. I can't tell though, with the center character, is his hair supposed to be parted evenly or is there supposed to be a lock of hair coming down in front? It looks more like the latter, and if that was your intent, then great. You appear to be very talented with these sorts of things.

Great stuff Adarias, I liked watching the progress of this job tree at pixelopolis and this newest version is by far the nicest.

Care to list all the job names? While some are obvious, others leave me with a big question mark in my mind.
With that out of the way, this is most certainly the most appealing pic I have seen from you IMO (though that is because I can't get enough of sprites at such a size). Love the style and you managed to get plenty of variation in there.
