Boots seem like the perfect contrast, you should have done that all over :)

Thanks. I couldn't make it smooth enough on the boots so I dithered. Its doesnt fit but hey.

Pretty nice. The low-contrast look works well, and I like how detailed it is for a small figure. But the dithering on the boots bugs me for some reason - it sticks out compared to the rest.

I like the lack of contrast. I put it there to show its not gonna be spctacularly shiny and new. And I just like low contrast works.
