I only started Pixel Art this week after watching tons of tutorials and doodeling for hours. When I came across this challenge I had the idea of a magicians hand and gave it a shot. My skills are still super low, but I hope this image meets the bare minimum quality needs... I tried my best and wasn't sure how to further improve it.
