I half-agree with Mr. vector, I can't really make sense of the character either, although the image is still pretty striking. Whatever the character is, I can tell he/she's perched on a rock column inside a cave, surrounded by fiery light and leaving a thick trail of blood

You kind of described everything that's going on perfectly! It's a creature climbing up the rock with a feathered robe and holding a morning star. So you got it in one.
I really hate to say it, but I don't understand what is depicted here, in the center of the picture. So, the scene took place in a cave, I can see a some kind of long feather coat, OR maybe it is a giant tree??? It is a morning star for sure, but... after that all the details make no sence to me... some kind of creature is climbing up? Holding a morning star? A shoulder pad, but then a strange horn is popping?
Man, I really don't get it, and it makes me so sad, because usually your art is beyound any human skills.
