Originally the dithering was meant ot be a test, no?  I like what you've done here.  To be frank, the dithering looks good. 

Hm, I guess you're both right. I'll not leave an excuse and just say I messed up. I doubt i'll change it, but thanks for commenting anyway. :)

I agree with Stichy that the dithering is way to much.

Hmm, the dithering is somewhat harsh, and even sort of flat in some places. Try using at least one more inbetween color for the shading. Try to add some depth to the folds in the clothing; just look at some pictures and you should get the idea. Overall, a good start.
