You can fix the big space easily, it looks like a doodle, it contrasts with the quality of the people and the old paper look.

well i love it! really, crappy drawn and way too big for my liking for pixel art. But this gives me an idea of creating replicas of middle ages art or imitations... would look amazing. Anways i love it! zAk

I horse has this uncontrolable look of glee, even though aliens are trying to zap it. Other than that, it's great.

wow I love the style of this, gives me a feel of Terry Gilliam animations a bit. Anyways this is great. Especially love the clouds and the expression of the lass in front.f av.

Argh, I hate when people make such inconsistencies with their work. Its pitiful to think you're so uneducated on the subject matter - any idiot knows the European neck-skirt garb did not come around until well after the end of the alien invasions.

Really though, you've pretty much listed what could be improved in your description. I like the people alot, their expressions and positons are great, and the paper is especially eye-catching as well.
