I made an edit of the shape of the glass, use it if you want or use it to get a general idea of how to make the lines a bit smoother

There are colors there that have not much difference with the others, you should use more contrast between the tones.

JUST sixteen colors? Seven is the absolute most I believe you should have used. And there are some mean jaggies in that lineart.
