Wow, sexy pose! Though I must agree with Skull, the dots on the dress are a little disturbing and thanks to the reflections and highlights it looks like it's a figurine (maybe it's by purpose)
Well I really cant guess who she might be!! However you have given her what appears to be a 5 o clock shadow, which makes her face look really masculine. I dont know how to delete comments either.
