Well, it's been a while since I've posted art here.

I began working on this drawing after a couple months of inactivity during which time I didn't have much time or motivation to draw anything. I found that working on this drawing was a more enjoyable experience for me than working on drawings has typically been for the past couple years. Rather than forcing myself to work on drawings with few ideas and little motivation, I took a longer break and waited for my motivation to return, and rather than forcing myself to finish the drawing quickly, I made sure to only work on it for shorter periods of time.

I'm extremely happy with how this drawing turned out. I tried to improve/refine some aspects of my style, and I think it worked out well. There are absolutely some parts of the drawing that I could've improved on, though. The clouds, for example, are more detailed than some of the hills in front of them, which I think makes the clouds stand out a bit too much. Overall, though, I think that creating this drawing has been a great experience and has helped me improve my pixel art skills.
