Thanks, I'm always worried it looks a little too random as thats kind of how I create the effect.

Thank you, yes keeping the colours low was a target for this picture. I used a picture a friend took for a reference and the first thing that really jumped out was the sea and sky colours were almost the same.

Beautifully done with the shading and the scenery. And with 8 colors I find that to be impressive personally.
