I changed the preview image a bit to make it look more like a butt, so that's where the difference between the preview and the full image comes from.

About the red: It was meant to be aa and back when I did the piece it seemed to work on my old CRT but I see what you mean now, as it doesn't work too well on this TFT in some color modes, especially not in the high contrast modes that are meant for games and movies... I shall try to fix that.

There are two pixels missing on the top of the head. Right in the middle.

Look at the prieview, then look at the full. You will se what I mean.

Hmm the red AA from the lighter red to the purple, does not seem to work at all, in fact I think it draws attention to the aereas that require AA. Other than that, pretty nicely done.

I think the saturated red is bad for blending the purple shadow to the pink midtone. It's an interesting piece anyway. I especially like how the blood, top of the heart and gun break the frame.

this piece of art is great, and it gets even better because of the idea behind it :-). Only thing i have to say bout the art is the blood that drips out of the piece: why black outlines?

The thing with the butt in the preview is intentional.
I was trying to create something sooo emo here  that it would be funny again. I imagine people looking at this, thinking "poor little sob" and then burst out laughing. Might be just my sick humor.
