@gawrone: It's not scaled, it just has 2px thick lines.
@OP: This doesn't appear to be pixel art. It's drawn with tools appropriate for pixel art, but it looks like a regular drawing, without any pixel-level care put into it. The individual pixels that make up the piece don't really matter here, changing the positions of your lines and shapes by a few pixels here and there won't make any discernible difference. This "problem" extends to all your other submissions, even the one that was mysteriously accepted. Just drawing with raw pixels doesn't make your artwork pixel art. Please check out the PJ Art Tutorial for more details on this.
True @eishiya, thank you for closer examination. I just saw double pixel lines and decided a quick response, which always can be updated in the future by me or others. I still think it would be an acceptable beginner piece, if it was clean enough, and I agree with you that it would require more than just geting rid of double thick lines. More attention to the shapes of the characters, and completely redoing the background would be enough for me.
None starts as a complete pixel aritst and some of us make only one small step at the time. The first piece of my own, which was accepted in the gallery, is not a pixel art by present standards of mine, but I'm not deleting it now.
The one accepted piece you are refering to is definately having enough pixel care to be considered, by one of the mods, as a good example among other submissions sent to revision.
