Just noticed the full thing is now here, blimey you pulled off the merging of the skin with the coral expertly. The detail of holes in the skin almost dithering into the coral solves a pet peeve of a lot of these fantasy designs where the inhuman components feel more like a helmet than a part of the character. The way it's done here avoids that and also leads nicely into the asymmetrical nature of the eyes.
The expression has just a right amount of detail in the right places. It's very intense and heavily contrasted around the eyes, which draws you to meet her gaze first. I also like the asymmetry added by the glowing eye, itself a nice solution for making the other one pupil even within shadow (to preserve the stare you focus so much wrong compositionally). Usually front facing portraits have a tendency to look rather plain but I think you've used that angle quite intentionally here, leaning into the strength of a direct confrontation vs side skirting it. Remind me to consult you next time I work on a fae because at this point you're just flexing :D
THis one looks interesting.
I could tell from the preview it way from you Morganne.
