I saw Demon Slayer in the local bar and I was like, who is this freakishly hot man? Turns out he was intentionally designed to be ugly and I spent several days re-evaluating my life. (I'm still right, he's hot)

Anyways, yeah his anatomy is supposed to look like that, if you've never seen the character. Just roll with it
