LoL - didn't miss the irony but probably used the wrong emoji to show it 
CELS: Yes, as it was only part of composition there was no need to work really hard on city details, however with my obssesion I couldn't resist and did 'something' to make at least an impression of living city. Probably most of the area will be covered by other layers, but even if the darkest places have some details :)

That is absolutely nuts! I really like it, though... It's pretty - love the colors.
The sky is well done but the pixelling technique on that cityscape is really interesting to me. It looks so detailed until you zoom in and see that it consists of simple clusters. Just really great use of lighting and colors. Beautiful atmosphere too.
Definitely my favorite environmental piece from this year so far.
