Working in this scale's a new experience for me... I normally use less pixels! I'm not convinced about the eyes or hair but it looks good at 1x.
Dithering could probably improve the hair and maybe get the colour count down.

This isn't half bad, but the black outlines on the hair mess it up for me. The hair's shading is sort of wierd, as well. The nose is... a TINY bit deformed, but I can't exactly put my finger on it on what it is.
