This USE TO be my favorite pokemon until I grew out of the pokemon Franchise era. I'm older but he'll always be in my heart... wtf I'm just kidding, I could care less for a pokemon. Xirkur pets his stuffed Zangoose, "You know I was kidding so they wouldn't catch on to us."

I think you could do this with a lot less colors. You may consider getting rid of your black outlines as well.

You've got some mean pillowshading going on, I'd pick out a light source, drop some colors and up the contrast.
