Initially started several weeks ago, though stopped work midway through when I realized the mistake I'd made mixing up the two brightness values of the palette. Decided to put it on hiatus as initial tests to edit it to adhere to that restriction diluted the image too much. 

Came back to it this week & figured I might as well finish it as intended, brightness rules be damned.
