My first sprite ever! AND I animated it! I think he looks good :-P But there may be some flaws my triumphant mind tells me to ignore... CC!

Yeah, well I tried to make him look like he's walking.. If i want to make it slower, should I double the frame#, double the length of each frame or make extra in-between frames?

Aww.. he's cute. After you get mor comfortable with using pixels, I would suggest experimenting with your black outlines. Try making them a darker color of the area it's outlining. Like a dark brown around the face, and a grey around the hair. You may like that style better.
