Relating to something I said on my other art accounts, I decided to revise her character design because I thought the last one wasn't too great looking. This one took me a little bit longer because I was experimenting with different shades of color, as well as anti-aliasing as many of the outlines as possible with as minimal colors as I could. So the results weeerrree:
From the neck up she looks decent. But the body is very disproportionate. It's a bit too small in comparison to her head, the breasts are a tad low, and the waist is very thin. The hip lines look out of place as well, like her pants are just about to fall off. That said, I like the wrinkles on her clothes, and the colors.
I don't see why her face looks manly. I think this looks rather good, although her painfully thin waist really lets it down. This area also shows some areas of improvement pixel-wise; the selout is quite jaggedy, especially on the right. The lines, especially the bottom two, are really not needed. You'll soon find that general shading will be a far better route to take in making forms than this. There are a few more AA problems around, the edges of her tie, belt and jacket (which oddly runs underneath her breasts) stand out most.
Hope you can update taking some of that into account.
