I traced the framework over a photo of my own cat, no shame in that since I also do pixel traces of my own drawings.

It's not every day you get submissions that are designed to be viewed at different resolutions.

Did you use your own cat for study in making this, or a friend's cat, or a photo reference? Would you feel comfortable using references if you were to sprite another cat in the future?
